Hinged bath wall with a fixed part
The bath wall, consisting of a fixed part with a hinged part attached to it, protects the space and the fixtures next to the bathtub from splashing water. The fixed part efficiently restricts water and when needed the hinged part can be turned to the side enabling both good protection against splatters, and a more spacious entrance to the tub.
The hinged part of the bath wall turns 90 degrees in both directions and is equipped with adjustable centring. The centring attempts to return the hinged part back to the open and closed positions.
The bath wall is mounted by screwing the wall profile to the building wall and gluing the bottom profile to the edge of the bathtub. After these steps are done, the fixed panel is placed and secured to the mounting profiles with self drilling screws. Then the chosen support bar is mounted to the panel. The short, standard, shower rod is mounted diagonally between the bath wall and the building wall, the long shower rod is usually mounted as far out on the panel as possible, perpendicularly to the opposing wall. Lastly the door panel is attached to the fixed panel with self drilling screws. It should be noted, that the support bar will exceed the height on the order with 13 mm, in addition to which 20 mm should be reserved above it for easier mounting. Installation guide

The white (RAL 9016) and black (RAL 9005) surface treatment options are manufactured by powder coating. The fittings used in the product, are made of black/white painted brass alloy.
The product is manufactured with a 6mm thick tempered safety panel (EN 12150). The safety panel can be treated in the production with Cranith calcification prevention coating which helps keeping the glass clean. One side of the satin panel is etched to acquire a velvety feel and the other side is smooth. When choosing a satin panel product, bear in mind that the etched surface of the panel is sensitive to scratches and stains.
The size of the bath wall can be selected from the standard dimensions or it can be manufactured according to custom dimensions. The wall mounted profiles have 7 mm of adjustment range. The adjustment range can be used for leveling tilts of the building s wall or for extension of the width of the bath wall in relation to the provided dimensions. The fixed panel is mounted with a floor list by default, requiring the edge of the tub to be even.
Product size
The total width of the selected product is:
- At its narrowest: 595mm
- At its widest: 602mm
Dimensions may deviate from the declared values if adjustment tolerance must be used to level the tilt of the building s walls.:
The product is supplied as standard with a 33 mm high door seal. The optional accessories are a 50 mm high floor seal if needed. The brace mounted to the upper edge of the fixed panel can be replaced by a long side support mounted to the corner. We recommend the long support bar instead of the short one, for added support if the fixed panel exceeds 850 mm in width, or if the door panel exceeds 700 mm. The longer support bar should be mounted as close to the outer edge of the fixed panel as possible.
Please choose handedness for the bath wall. The handedness determines on which side the bath wall will be mounted. Handedness is defined looking towards the bathtub, with the shower mixer behind the bath wall.
