Extension profile for Bläk-series hinged and folding shower doors, standard height
The width of a hinged or folding shower door can be extended by 34 mm with an extension profile mounted between the building wall and the product. The extension profile can be grooved, for example, for the inlet of surface water pipes, if needed.
Each door fits one extension profile each, if the profile is ordered for a shower corner or an alcove fitting, the profile can be used either on only one side or if needed one can be bought for both sides.
The extension profile is mounted to the building wall, from the side, through its wing. The product is then attached to the extension profile according to installation instructions for the product.
It is to be noted, that each extension profile used, will add 34 mm to product width, which will impact installation measurements in shower corners.
Screw set for installation is included.
Installation guide
Installation services are available in Finland capital (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Porvoo, Sipoo, Kirkkonummi, Nurmijärvi, Kerava, Järvenpää, Riihimäki, Pornainen, Hyvinkää, Tuusula), Tampere (Tampere, Nokia, Kangasala, Lempäälä ja Pirkkala), Hämeenlinna and Lahti (Lahti, Mäntsälä, Orimattila) regions. Service is carried out by manufacturers professional mechanic. When product is ordered with installation service, transport company delivers the product to customer site. When the product has arrived, mechanic will phone customer and agree the exact installation date and time. Installation is done to clean and installation ready surfaces. If there is an old product in the bathroom, you can order the additional service for removal of the old product. Installation work includes besides installation of the product also silicone seaming of wall mounting joints and drilled holes and taking away the installation garbage. If you are unsure about the measures of the product (for example in case of custom sized products), you can order a measurement visit on-site done by the mechanic. In this case the mechanic will fill-in the final measures of the product to the system and the responsibility that measures are correct is carried by the manufacturer.

The profiles are manufactured of aluminium. The white (RAL 9016) and black (RAL 9005) surface treatment options are manufactured by powder coating. Pick the corresponding colour to Your product in the menu.
