Extension profile (+40 mm)
Extension profile for Bläk-series fixed shower screens, standard height
The width of a Bläk fixed shower screen can be extended by 40 mm with an extension profile mounted between the building wall and the product. The extension profile can be grooved, for example, for the inlet of surface water pipes, if needed. The mounting profile sent with the shower screen will need to be switched to the one included in this set.
For a fixed shower screen You should select height 1919 mm. (Models 731, 734, 737, 73S, 800 or combinations with any of these)For a door which has a fixed shower screen You should select height 1940 mm. (Models 733, 736, 739, 789, 791, 793 or combinations with any of these)
Each fixed screen fits one extension profile each.
The extension profile is mounted to the building wall, from the side, through its wing. For this model, it will be needed to make sure a U-profile (delivered with the extension profile) is used, instead of the shower screens original profile. The product is otherwise attached to the extension profile according to installation instructions for the product.
It is to be noted, that each extension profile used, will add 40 mm to product width, which will impact installation measurements in shower corners.
Screw set for installation is included.
Installation guide
Installation services are available in Finland capital (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Porvoo, Sipoo) and Tampere (Tampere, Nokia, Kangasala, Lempäälä ja Pirkkala) regions. Service is carried out by manufacturers professional mechanic. When product is ordered with installation service, transport company delivers the product to customer site. When the product has arrived, mechanic will phone customer and agree the exact installation date and time. Installation is done to clean and installation ready surfaces. If there is an old product in the bathroom, you can order the additional service for removal of the old product. Installation work includes besides installation of the product also silicone seaming of wall mounting joints and drilled holes and taking away the installation garbage. If you are unsure about the measures of the product (for example in case of custom sized products), you can order a measurement visit on-site done by the mechanic. In this case the mechanic will fill-in the final measures of the product to the system and the responsibility that measures are correct is carried by the manufacturer.

The profiles are manufactured of aluminium. The white (RAL 9016) and black (RAL 9005) surface treatment options are manufactured by powder coating. Pick the corresponding colour to Your product in the menu.
